Arranging a visit

Good morning,

I am writing to arrange a visit from a group from my company
to your exhibition of new computer products.

We would like to come on Monday 20th April at 10.00 a.m., if that is
convenient.

Could we please have the following:

• ID cards for all our group?
• a guide to show us around?
• an e-mail confirming these arrangements?
